About Us

We work with dozens of large and small lenders, both regional and national banks.  Many of our national banks have an overseas or international presence.  Visas to borrowers with work and student visas is an additional niche concentration.

Additionally, US or domestic borrowers can benefit from many of our unique lending programs.  This would include:
 

  • Jumbo loans to 10 million dollars.
  • True No Doc loans in certain states.
  • Stated Income Loans in certain states.
  • First time homebuyer programs in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
  • USDA (RD loans) 100% financing with no PMI (no Private Mortage Insurance).
  • Mortgages for the purchase or refinance of co-op units. 
  • Up to 80% financing to 1 million, 60% financing to 2 million. 
  • HomePath offered through Fannie Mae lenders, 95% financing with no PMI on foreclosed properties in Fannie Mae's inventory.  Minimum credit scores usually 620 and up.  Investors may participate at 90% LTV, also with no private mortgage insurance.

 

 

 



Many mortgage options are available as we are not tied to any one lender or bank.  Other lenders, banks, and insurance companies may provide us with wholesale rates, which we then offer to the consumer or borrower.  The focus is on low, competitive rates and reasonable closing costs.

Although foreign national lending is currently very restrictive, there are community banks and private banks in certain parts of the US who offer limited programs.  Please ask for a referral to a loan officer or a bank in those areas.
